FAQs

Do you pick up packages in New York?

​

All the items that we ship out are mostly ordered online and delivered to our address, therefore, no pickups can be made. However, you may drop off your packages at our office if you wish: 70-50 Austin St., Suite 110, Forest Hills, NY 11375. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Please call us at (718) 575-0993 preferably at least a day before you do so.

 


Can my family pick up the packages in Manila once they arrive?

ALL deliveries are done door to door so package pickups are not possible in the Philippines. Our forwarder will give you a call prior to delivery to make sure that someone will receive the package. If the consignee is not present at the time of delivery, the package is released ONLY to the authorized person present at the delivery address. Please call our NY office for questions.

 


What are your delivery charges?

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

​

5-7 days for Metro Manila  and 7-12 days for provincial addresses, from the time of dispatch from NY. We at Manny’s Online AirCargo and our partners utilize the best technology to provide fast, efficient, affordable services to our customers.

Are there items that are not allowed to be shipped?

​

Items such as aerosol sprays, cologne/perfume spray and UN 3480 lithium batteries are restricted air freight items and considered dangerous goods during transport. These items can’t be shipped in compliance with the current IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Kindly contact us for any questions or clarifications for other items on the list.
